Job Specification:
The role
• Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations
• Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous behaviour at all times
• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
• Supervise daily shift process
• Supervise all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
• Train and help new front desk employees
The candidate:
• 3+ years of related experience in the hotel industry or customer service
• Able to speak 2/3 languages
• effective communicator who can provide information and respond to groups of managers, coworkers, vendors, and customers
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Administration skills (basic computer skills are necessary)
• The ability to work flexible days and hours
• Comfortable interacting with many types of personalities
• Multitaking working personality, problem solver, able to take quick decisions
