Job Specification:
The role:
• Responsible for Front and Back Office
• Organise and manage the day-to-day operations as well as the human resources involved
• Taking care of the booking process and administration duties
• Support and facilitate the collaboration between different departments
• Ensure outstanding customer care at all times
• Strong attention to details and focus on the Guest care
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous behaviour at all times
• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
The candidate:
• 2 years of related experience in similar roles
• Able to speak English and French
• Strong motivation to achieve goals and results
• Great versatility and flexibility
• Knowledge of Protel is considered a plus
• Effective communicator who can provide information and respond to groups of managers, coworkers, vendors, and customers
• Administration skills
• Comfortable interacting with many types of personalities
• Multitasking working personality, problem solver, able to take quick decisions
