    • Developing and executing global online media strategy integrated with wider company marketing plans to support Company's business objectives
    • Leading and managing online media team in the campaign planning, execution and reporting, liaising also with the different country units
    • Coordinating the Media Agency and the Online Media suppliers (e.g. Google, Facebook)
    • Developing Online Media activities mainly with a Performance-oriented approach (Paid Search and Display campaigns) to increase web visibility and traffic to enhance ecommerce
    • Monitoring and controlling quantitatively and qualitatively the Online Media budget allocation and implementation
    • Understanding analytics and measuring ROI
    • Analysing media plan and performance using KPI’s
    • Building and supporting business cases development together with the other Marketing departments and other business units
    • Encouraging intra-company collaborations and making data-driven decisions
